**Optometrist Opportunity at Walmart**

At Walmart, we're seeking an Independent Optometrist to join our team at Sam's Club. As an independent lease holder, you'll have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You'll also have the opportunity to opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative, and/or Opt-Tech support services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality eye and vision care to patients
  • Establish and maintain a professional practice
  • Manage patient schedules and fee schedules
  • Opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative, and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

**Requirements:**

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
