Medical Assistant Specialist for Primary Care Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in the Primary Care department at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana.

Job Responsibilities- Assist with patient examination and treatment under the supervision of a healthcare provider
- Perform clinical duties, including vital sign measurements and recording patient information
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean environment
- Provide basic clerical support, including answering phone calls and maintaining accurate records
- Support inventory management and supply ordering processes
- BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Medical Assistant certification required within 3 months of hire date
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant experience
