About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering and leadership. You'll be responsible for managing department budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to define epics and user stories. Your expertise in modern software engineering practices, architecture, and technical guidance will be essential in driving the development of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement e-commerce solutions
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps in alignment with business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize epics and user stories
- Provide architectural and technical guidance to the team
- Manage department budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Drive the development of modern software engineering practices and architecture

- Competitive salary range: $185,000 to $208,000 annually

Location
This role is based in Irvine, California, and requires occasional travel to other Yum Brands locations.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $185,000 to $208,000 annually, based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
