About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide technical support for our clients using the EPIC system. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to users, and ensuring seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits to resolve user issues with the EPIC system.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on system usage and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT and EPIC system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
