This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless interactions between clients and Metropolis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve queries efficiently, communicating proactively on operational enhancements.
  • Elevate client satisfaction by ensuring transportation operations align with DOT regulations and industry standards.
  • Leverage safety programs and regular audits to maintain a secure transportation environment for employees and the public.
  • Regular site visits are conducted to ensure adherence to proper operating procedures and identify potential operational issues.
  • Foster a culture of responsiveness by being available during off-duty hours to support teams and clients.
  • Maintain accounts within budgeted parameters and recommend strategies to achieve budget targets in case of unforeseen negative variances.
  • Ensure timely revenue protocols and manage P&L (Profit and Loss Statement) effectively.
  • Cultivate a diverse team through effective hiring, training, development, and supervision.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate team members.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering client satisfaction through innovative problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in creating and maintaining budgets is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, including field employees, executive staff, building management, and customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications/systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $115,000.
