Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the restaurant, including food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure excellent customer service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase sales

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quick service restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
