Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with our company vision and long-term goals.
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and partnerships to expand our footprint and diversify our services.
- Create and manage a pipeline of prospective partnerships and acquisitions, leveraging your expertise in negotiation and relationship-building.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners, to facilitate seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
- Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive favorable outcomes.
- Represent Paradigm Oral Health at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for expansion, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with finance to assess the financial viability of new business opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Set and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or oral surgery industries.
- A proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
