Housekeeping Associate

The Room Attendant is a vital member of our housekeeping team at Holiday Inn Stillwater. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guestrooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for all our visitors.

• Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms by adhering to our rigorous cleaning standards.
• Prepare the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, linens, and amenities for each room.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, keeping them tidy and well-maintained.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day's use, replenishing chemical bottles as needed.
• Report any missing items or maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle lost and found items according to our established procedures.

• A High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, interacting with colleagues and guests in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
