We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our team at Wellness Partners Hawaii, Inc. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide supportive clinical services, administrative support, and client intake and assessment under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Key Responsibilities- Supportive Clinical Services: Assist licensed therapists in facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, co-facilitate therapeutic groups, and provide one-on-one client support.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, schedule therapy sessions, and assist with client intake and assessment.
- Crisis Support and Safety Planning: Provide de-escalation and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, and work closely with the treatment team to identify clients needing additional interventions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings, maintain communication with clients' families or support systems, and provide updates and support as needed.
- Masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or a related field.
- LSW/MFT/MHC Pre-license in the state of Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
- Experience in PHP and/or similar intensive outpatient programs is preferred.
