Job Summary

Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of generative AI models that enhance digital processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation planning and execution of digital products, collaborating with vendors, engineers, and technical staff to ensure successful delivery and evolution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive product improvements and enhance customer experience, leveraging expertise in AI and machine learning.
  • Research, design, and develop generative AI models for manufacturing, distribution, and consumer challenges, working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts.
  • Continuously optimize existing AI models for performance and efficiency, staying updated on AI and machine learning developments to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and provide technical expertise on AI projects, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams and driving full-cycle product development from ideation to deployment.
  • Passion for designing and developing scalable cloud-based solutions with serverless technologies using Node, Python, and/or C# and JavaScript (React, Angular).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field, with a strong foundation in programming languages and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with a preference for Azure, and experience with generative AI, machine learning, and programming languages.
