Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs at Paul Miller Ford.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for quality repairs, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of vehicle repairs.

Salary: $72,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and follow detailed work orders carefully, identifying necessary repairs and documenting parts and operations needed to complete work to OEM specifications.
  • Disassemble vehicles to expose all damaged areas, performing thorough inspections and assessments to ensure seamless integration with surrounding components.
  • Repair dents and install bumpers, fenders, lamps, doors, and door skins, maintaining exceptional quality standards and adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Repair and/or replace quarter panels, ensuring precise alignment and integration with surrounding components.
