The ideal candidate will have strong representation skills for survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events, as well as success in resolving complex mass torts cases.

The position offers a competitive salary of $180,000 per year, plus benefits, to work onsite in Melville, NY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling residential real estate transactions, including contract negotiations and closings
  • Negotiating and facilitating leases
  • Assisting with general litigation matters and estate work
  • Corresponding with clients, insurance carriers, the courts, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in general practice and real estate
  • Active NY Bar membership
