About the Role

Lakeside HR Group, a leading full-service HR consulting and recruiting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the digital marketing services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and develop a list of high-priority accounts.
    • Utilize multiple communication channels to build awareness and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Qualify and pursue leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Discovery and Needs Assessment
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' current situation, goals, and challenges through effective questioning and research.
    • Identify opportunities for multiple services that can drive business transformation and growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Sales Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand client relationships.
    • Manage and prioritize a qualified pipeline of opportunities, focusing on high-potential clients.
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Closing and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our digital marketing services.
    • Close new business and expand existing client relationships through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strategic Thinking and Market Insights
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing services industry.
    • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing services and tools, including paid search, SEO, and Google Analytics.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
    • BS/BA degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
