We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to lead our virtual learning programs in Delaware.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor with ProCare Therapy, where you will have the flexibility to create transformative virtual learning experiences for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Psychological Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' psychological needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to promote student mental health and academic achievement.
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide online counseling and guidance to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.
  • IEP Participation: Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the special education process.
  • Monitoring Progress: Implement and track individualized interventions, accommodations, and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in School Psychology or Related Field: An advanced degree is essential for this role.
  • Delaware State Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in Delaware.
  • Relevant Experience: Recent experience in a school setting or working with a pediatric population is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Dedication to Student Well-being: A strong commitment to improving students' mental health and overall well-being is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
