Job Summary:
We're seeking an Adaptive Planning Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, building financial models, and developing agile scenario planning tools that inform business decisions.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes. Previous experience with Workday and the Adaptive Planning module is required, along with a certification in Workday Adaptive Planning. Advanced Excel and modeling skills are also essential. Additionally, you'll need excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information to stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform to meet organizational transformation needs.
• Build and maintain financial models for efficient and accurate long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Develop agile, driver-based scenario planning and analysis tools that inform business decisions.
• Maintain and support integrations between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Generate integrated reports using Office Connect.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, streamline automation, and implement industry best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts involving new features and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Adaptive Planning and validate system security roles.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Proactively make recommendations to team members based on data and analysis.
• Develop and deliver training materials and hands-on sessions to Finance staff to build user fluency with Workday and Adaptive tools.

About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000 per year.
