Turnaround Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Turnaround Planner to join our team at Matrix Service Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in refinery maintenance, with a strong understanding of boilermaker type work and basic hand tools. They will also possess working knowledge of resource monitoring and control techniques such as CPM networks scheduling, computer scheduling techniques, and process systems, structures, and construction technology.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on position that requires active participation in safety protocols, adhering to company core values and code of conduct. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for outages, collecting data from various sources, and visual inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support supervision through preparation and maintenance of forecasts and schedules.
- Draft construction network diagrams for specific areas.
- Develop detailed engineering and construction schedules with construction management.
- Supervise updating of construction forecast to reflect current plans and requirements.
- Interface with other construction departments to provide scheduling data.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of four (4) years or more in refinery maintenance experience.
- Good understanding of boilermaker type work and knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Working knowledge of resource monitoring and control techniques.
- Able to select and apply resource monitoring and control techniques.
- Complete Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training, and Client/Site specific training.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is between $41.00 and $47.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for overtime pay up to $51.00 per hour.
