At DRYmedic SE Charlotte, NC, we are seeking a skilled Disaster Restoration Project Coordinator Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing the coordination of disaster restoration projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have experience in emergency restoration and sales, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.

About the Role

The Disaster Restoration Project Coordinator Lead will be responsible for inspecting new job opportunities, selling and signing up new opportunities for service, working with the Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects, developing project scopes, managing client and adjuster communication, directing assigned team members on job sites, and developing and monitoring job workflows.

This is a full-time position that requires relevant experience in emergency restoration, sales experience, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and IICRC certifications, including WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT. The ideal candidate will also have strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect new job opportunities and sell and sign up new opportunities for service.
  • Work with the Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects and develop project scopes.
  • Manage client and adjuster communication, direct assigned team members on job sites, and develop and monitor job workflows.
  • Order vendors as needed for the job site and manage job site issues.
  • Manage DASH job files assigned to you and estimate jobs in Xactimate.
  • Create the final invoice in Xactimate and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in emergency restoration.
  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Fully trained and certified in IICRC certifications, including WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT.
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Valid driver's license and able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Familiarity with estimating software like Xactimate.
  • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.
