Job Summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Program Manager III, responsible for managing complex portfolios of energy efficiency programs. This hands-on management position requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program budgets, develop financial plans, and oversee program operations to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on program improvement, team development, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and expand client relationships, building strong partnerships at all levels of the client's organization.
  • Lead contract management processes, ensuring successful delivery of program goals and objectives.
  • Strengthen community engagement opportunities, establishing relationships with community colleges, utilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead company-wide safety efforts, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Orchestrate partnerships between centralized functions and program staff, driving innovation and collaboration.
  • Act as a company stakeholder, creating and leading trainings, development, and safety initiatives.
  • Recognize and address issues promptly, taking steps towards resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Background in engineering, technology, or science, with experience in technical environments preferred.
  • Technical experience in developing and reviewing energy savings calculations, preferred.
  • 6 or more years of management experience or 3 or more years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs, with demonstrated success.
  • Proven track record of high-level performance in meeting and exceeding expectations and goals.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Sales or business development background, a plus.

Franklin Energy offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000+, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, sick/safe leave, company-paid volunteer hours, and more.
