Compensation and Benefits

Job Description
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
  • Create personalized intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and support registered behavior technicians (RBTs), fellows, and new BCBAs to ensure exceptional care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide consistent interventions across settings.

Our ABA therapists work in fully equipped centers with dedicated therapy rooms, gross motor areas, indoor and outdoor play spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens to address activities of daily living within center-based outpatient care.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a master's degree or higher in a relevant field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What to Expect
  • Orientation: Complete a comprehensive onboarding program that introduces you to our organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and mission.
  • Bridge Program: Participate in a year-long mentorship and training program to expand your clinical skills while earning up to 14 continuing education units (CEUs).
  • Case Reviews: Engage in regular case reviews, discussion, and coaching with senior BCBAs.
  • Team Integration: Join interdisciplinary teams consisting of BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
  • Shadowing & Observation: Observe client sessions and senior BCBAs to gain practical insights.
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Receive initial feedback and evaluation from supervisors on your integration and performance.
  • Resource Familiarization: Access to materials, research, and in-house tools.
