Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team as a Lead Medical Assistant. This role will provide leadership and support to our medical staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to medical assistants in clinical settings
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification
  • 3 years of medical assisting experience in a clinic setting
  • 3 years of experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • National Medical Assistant Certification
