Job Summary

As a Courier/Route Driver with American Cybersystems, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles and providing courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages. You will also be responsible for checking shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and providing related customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
• Provide related customer service functions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of courier experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred

Working Conditions

• Must meet and maintain the qualifications as outlined in the federal motor carrier safety regulations
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with state requirements for type of vehicle assigned
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Pay: $24.81 per hour
• Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM
