We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services.

About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine diagnostic procedures for clinical X-ray films. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of contrast media in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
  • Collaborate and confer with colleagues and members of the healthcare team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2-year or associated degree from an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • A Florida license to practice medical imaging.
  • 1 year of hospital-based experience preferred.
  • The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
