About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as independent contractors. As a Healthcare Provider, you will work closely with military service members to provide health readiness services that meet their medical and dental requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel
  • Reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires
  • Conducting interviews with military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns
  • Identifying concerns that need to be addressed immediately, including Behavioral Health
  • Documenting interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program
  • Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Resilience: Capacity to handle high-stress situations and work effectively
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and the public
    • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude

The salary for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
