Compensation Package

The total compensation package includes a competitive salary, 17 days of paid time off (PTO) plus a floating holiday, 401(k) with employer match, and employer-paid disability and life insurance. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

This position provides therapeutic services, including assessments, individual, group, family, and other therapeutic services. Services may be provided on-site or at other locations such as school settings. The therapist will work collaboratively with the leadership team to provide clinical services and ensure documentation meets the needs of payers and accreditation entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized treatment plans with clients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services
  • Ensure documentation meets the needs of payers and accreditation entities
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and follow all guidelines related to HIPAA and Title 42 CFR
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field and independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Three years of professional practice post-licensure is preferred.

This is a facility-based position, and all employees must meet background check, drug screening, and other initial screenings to be eligible for employment with Navita Health.
