Avance Care is a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in North Carolina.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time role involves 12-hour weekday shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms with compassion and empathy.
- Triage emergent/urgent patient concerns promptly and effectively.
- Administer vaccines and injections while ensuring the highest standard of safety.
- Record patient data prior to the physician's visit accurately and efficiently.
- Assist physicians with exams and procedures, providing valuable support during critical moments.
- Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Patient Communication:
- Address patient telephone encounters, including medication refills, clinical advice, stat radiology calls, and approval orders for home health.
- Document Management:
- Negative routine radiology orders.
- Prior authorizations for prescriptions, referrals, and DI's.
- Forms and documents related to patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess a related degree (ADN or BSN), a Registered Nursing license, and 1+ years of primary care experience. A strong verbal and written communication skillset, ability to maintain confidentiality, growth mindset, flexibility, and resilience are essential qualities for success in this role.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
