Support training initiatives and drive impactful results as a Training Administrator/Coordinator III at Kelly in Wichita, KS. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive support for training activities, web-based learning systems, IT, computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs.
  • Assisting training staff by delivering support materials, documenting processes, purchasing, and serving as a resource on specialized training issues.
  • Collaborating with training staff, partners, company personnel, and customers to address support and coordination needs.
  • Handling telephone support, customer and partner phone calls, and providing Tier 2 support to resolve issues.
  • Utilizing processes and tools to assist instructors and managers in processing communications, training materials, and reports.
  • Monitoring transaction activity on the Learning Management System and reconciling revenues and expenses.
  • Assisting in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters.
  • Supporting facility operations by assisting with shipping, deliveries and catering.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $**65,000**. Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office or Training Coordinator.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle complex technical support and critical administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable working with proprietary or confidential information.
  • Fundamental understanding of Learning Management System administration.
