Healthcare Operations Coordinator

BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the delivery of high-quality care services.
Estimated Salary$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule clinician specialists with patients in a customer-driven and quality manner.
- Receive client referrals with completed information necessary to service and bill.
- Collaborate with management to validate clinical information and appropriate scheduling.
- Maintain reports with current information and status, pending new clients and hospitalized clients.
- A minimum of 1 year of home health experience, preferably as a Medical Assistant (MA) or in a related field.
- Excellent clerical, organization, and time management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of Managed Care, private insurance, home care rules and regulations.
- Ability to interact professionally with people in face-to-face situations and by telephone.
- Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of authority and patients.
