As Medical Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in palliative care services within the academic health system. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand palliative medicine services
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with colleagues in pain medicine, ethics, and addiction medicine to advance departmental initiatives
- Maintain a culture of excellence through education, research, and quality improvement
