About the Role
We are seeking an Advanced Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Stanford Children's Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, education, and research initiatives.

Job Description
This position involves collaborating with Attending Physicians, Fellows, and other Advanced Practice Providers to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients. Your responsibilities will include pre-rounding on assigned patients, developing a plan of care, presenting patients on rounds, writing daily notes, and implementing agreed-upon plans of care. You will also be responsible for responding to any issues raised by nurses during the day.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university is required, along with certification as a Nurse Practitioner in California and National Board Certification from an agency accredited by the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS).

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $195,104.00 to $235,944.80 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Compensation may also be influenced by your education, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid-point salary range.
