Job Summary

This is a full-time role based in West LA, working Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM. As a Member Support Specialist (Medical Receptionist), you will be an ambassador for patients, providing impeccable C-I-CARE interactions and ensuring a positive in-office experience through patient intake, scheduling, follow-up tasks, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, and monitoring patient feedback.

  • Front-of-house duties include check-in/check-out, insurance verification, paperwork, prepping tests, and maintaining high service level expectations.
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in problem-solving, and supporting providers with ad-hoc requests.
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and Electronic Medical Records System 1Life, to interact with team members and complete daily work.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, maintain office spaces, restock supplies, and ensure a professional environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer-facing roles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working in collaborative teams, and proficiency in computer technology.
