Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Per Diem Nurse in our Med Surg / Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing theory and practice, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med Surg / Telemetry department
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Iowa
