Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our apartment community, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a high level of occupancy and revenue growth through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise and develop a team of on-site staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the physical asset, including maintenance requests, repairs, and capital improvements.
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs and services to promote resident satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
