We are seeking an experienced Bread Craftsman to join our team at Panera Bread.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality breads, world-class cookies, and artisan pastries. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will work closely with our team to ensure consistency and quality in all our products.

• Create breads, cookies, and pastries that meet our high standards of quality and taste.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities and uphold procedures to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Demonstrated expertise in baking and pastry-making techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
