Job Description

The Behavioral Health Technician is an integral part of the patient care team at LifeBridge Health. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients receive the best possible care.

About the Role

This position requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for observing and obtaining information about patients' treatment needs, reporting significant findings to healthcare providers, and contributing to the development of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and report on patients' behavior and treatment needs
  • Contribute to the development of care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Assist with nursing tasks and support the delivery of high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in basic standard practices as defined in the Behavioral Health Technician Performance Standards. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is also desirable. Certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and CPR certification are required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, our benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
