As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving individual sales goals, and developing strong product knowledge across all categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering the ultimate kate spade experience, developing a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills, and understanding and communicating the kate spade new york aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
  • Sales and Service: Achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge across all categories, and accurately process all POS transactions.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute operational tasks as per company directives, adhere to and apply visual directives, and ensure that store standards are executed daily.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Prior luxury goods experience preferred, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Professional selling skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends, standing for extended periods of time, able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds, and comfortable climbing ladders.
