At Child Guidance Resource Centers, we are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) and functional behavioral assessments (FBA).
  • Develop treatment plans with families and monitor client progress towards goals.
  • Supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and treatment plans.
  • Provide ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
  • Transfer treatment plan implementation skills to mediators, including parents, teachers, and caregivers.
