About the Opportunity
Northern Light Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team of Orthopedic Trauma specialists. Our team includes five surgeons and four physician assistants, providing a supportive and collegial work environment.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will assist in the operating room, round on hospital floors, provide office-based clinical care, and participate in the trauma call schedule. The varied schedule includes nights, evenings, and weekends.
Competitive Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a generous student loan repayment program.
Requirements
Candidates must be NCCPA certified and licensed to practice in the State of Maine or immediately eligible for licensure. A strong understanding of orthopedic trauma principles and excellent communication skills are essential.
