Job Summary

Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Mental Health Therapist to join our team in South Park, WA. As a therapy professional, you will play a vital role in providing social-psycho therapeutic assessments, interventions, and counseling for children and adult mental health clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic, culturally sensitive therapy services to clients
  • Maintain a caseload of assigned active clients to meet productivity requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with other professionals, supervisors, and agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up
  • Attend mandatory clinical training and department meetings to continuously improve professional development
  • Assist with providing education and information to the community, as well as serving on committees, task forces, and special assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field
  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, LICSW/A preferred
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) license
  • Active state of Washington counselor license
  • 2+ years of experience providing mental health counseling and case management services
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance

Work Schedule:

This full-time therapy position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

$33.65/hr. based on Experience, Licenses and Education.
