About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Server to join our team at Harvard Square by Cogir, a beautiful retirement community. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly. You will also ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile. Additionally, you will maintain a clean dining and service area, help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service, reset tables for the next meal service, and adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.

Responsibilities:
  • Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile
  • Maintain a clean dining and service area
  • Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable)
  • Reset tables for the next meal service
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living

Requirements:
  • A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
