At Presbyterian Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, performing resident assessments, and participating in daily resident rounding
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

**Requirements:**

* Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required
* One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
* CPR certification required
* Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
