We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing reconstruction projects with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in restoration and/or construction. You will work closely with customers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution, high-quality results, and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and sell reconstruction projects to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Communicate project scope, timeline, and budget to customers and clients
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and licenses
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to meet customer expectations
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with customers and clients as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
