Server Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Nacho Daddy. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $2.13 per hour + tips, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.

Main Job Functions:

• Execute all host and server assistant job functions to ensure seamless guest experience;
• Pre-bussing, order-taking, delivery, and clearing of food and/or beverage items;
• Accurately take orders and deliver orders in a timely manner, alerting management on duty of any allergies;
• Maintain station cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards;
• Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner, suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts;
• Utilize Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and maintain accurate cash handling skills;
• Perform side work duties during shifts, including brewing tea, setting up soda stations, polishing silverware, and maintaining condiments;
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, preparing and processing checks in a timely manner;

Shared Responsibilities with Host and Server Assistant Roles:

• Maintain an accurate bank and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
• Ensure adherence to company policies, state, federal, and restaurant liquor laws, and maintain accurate records;
• Abide by health standards and labeling prepared food accurately;
• Clean and reset tables, verifying guests' age for alcohol consumption;
• Monitor guests' alcohol intake using TAM techniques and provide excellent service when delivering food;

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:

• Be at least 21 years old (unless state law allows 18);
• Possess company-required certification cards;
• Have a minimum of 1 year serving experience, preferably in a nightlife setting;
• Demonstrate a well-groomed disposition, ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner;
• Stand, walk, carry food for up to 8 hours in fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environments;
• Lift at least 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions;
• Speak, read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with guests in English;
• Maneuver through the restaurant and tables efficiently;
• Possess accurate math/cash handling skills and comply with management requests;
