Seeking a Dedicated Communicative Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Communicative Disorders Specialist to join our team in a school-based position. This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for working with diverse student populations and making a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role

This role involves providing therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs that address the specific needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to assess student growth and development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in MS
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or CF candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
