**Job Title:** Ritz-Carlton Hotel Floor Ambassador

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ritz-Carlton Hotel Floor Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms, showers, and employee spaces. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean public and employee restrooms and showers, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors
  • Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
  • Dust surfaces in assigned area, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers
  • Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages
  • Clean and maintain lights, including replacing bulbs and cleaning fixtures
  • Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary
Requirements:
  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to push and pull work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces
  • Good physical stamina and endurance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
