Leading IT Employee Experience Manager for Global Innovation

This role is part of our IT Employee Experience team, responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience. As an IT Employee Experience Manager, you will be leading a team of talented engineers and analysts to develop, implement, and maintain our HR and Payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM systems, particularly Workday, and excellent leadership and technical skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology enhancements and projects that scale our HR/Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class architecture for system integrations, data flows, and processes.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing and new systems/vendors.
- Design and deliver technology solutions to increase efficiency, automation, and scalability, while removing friction points from the employee experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual agreements.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented system engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology management or similar roles, with minimum 5+ years in a managerial role in a global organization.
- Deep technical expertise in HCM systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a team of integrations developers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
Salary Range:
$158,950 - $327,000 per year, based on location, travel, relevant prior experience, and particular skills and expertise.
