Job Description

The Nail Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality manicures, pedicures, hand and foot massages, and nail repairs as outlined in our Spa Menu. This role involves using outstanding guest service skills to suggest products and services tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain training and credit hours necessary to uphold state-issued cosmetologist licenses
  • Restore and restock workstations to a neat and professional appearance after each service
  • Ensure the safe storage of chemicals when not in use
  • Manage inventory and supplies efficiently

Qualifications

  • A valid, current state cosmetologist license is mandatory
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with manicures, pedicures, shellac, acrylics, and other industry-related services
