Job Description

At Excelin Health Services, we are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our elderly and disabled clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  2. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  3. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry.
  4. Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
  5. Document client care and services provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  1. Self-motivated and compassionate caregiver with a strong desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
  2. At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Current CNA license and first aid/CPR certification.
  4. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  5. Ability to lift 15-20 pounds and push/pull 125-200 pounds on a regular basis.
