We're seeking a highly motivated Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team at Goosehead Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry. You will work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
