Welcome to a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment where you can grow as a professional The Pan Restaurant is seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
  • Assist with inquiries, special requests, and resolving any guest concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and strong organizational skills.
