Job Summary

The RN Clinical Leader will provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff on the Postpartum Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. This role involves collaborating with the nurse manager to develop and implement evidence-based practices, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of staff members.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this role is $$120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on the Postpartum Unit
  • Collaborate with the nurse manager to develop and implement evidence-based practices
  • Support the growth and development of staff members through education and mentorship
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and unit operations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' charge experience preferred
  • Advanced nursing skills and leadership abilities
